It appears to be an evolution of the old Air Force Space Command logo. And nearly identical to the Star Fleet Command logo. So one could argue that Star Fleet Command in the future based their logo on the "old" USSF logo. :mrgreen: As for Trekkies living in their parents' basement, I moved...

Not true. Newly released model called the Sidekick. Two engine cluster.
In my build pile. Looks like fun.
BTW how old is this thread? I see the month/day but not the year. :mrgreen:
EDIT: OK, I see this thread is three years old.
Anyway, they came out with a clustered model, FWIW.

Coming along nicely! A big problem I had with this kit is the "glue grab" effect when installing the engine mount. That is amplified with the coupler mount as opposed to just centering rings. I humbly suggest dry fitting first and sanding if necessary to ensure a smooth fit with no binding...
