A new book is good news, but something coming between Captain Starr and Randy is enough to tear a person on two (feelings wise).

As much as the psyche would love to date Lois Lane, we would still be sad for Superman if we did.

Fear not, as Mr. Spock would say, "There are always alternatives."

I think you mean "grammar"... "Grammer" makes air-ride seats for tractors, semi-trucks, and buses...

Plus he was the Captain on "Down Periscope!"...

Later! OL J R :)

Rocket Babe wrote:That's great! He'll be glad to hear you say you prefer enough detail but not too much, as we have had that discussion early on in his writing. Randy says too many authors tend to write as though their readers have no imagination at all and use too many adjectives/details to the point of being tedious. Many times the story becomes lost in the process.

And he knows that we all have our own way of seeing things or people and by giving the reader a general description but not an exact inch by inch rendition, allows the reader to connect better with the character, by seeing them in their own mind, their way. The reader creates exactly the appearance that is pleasing or acceptable to them in their own mind.

After I thought about it, it made a lot of sense.
Along this vein, I was recently listening to a Youtube video, they were discussing the Murrow boys, radio newscasters from back in the day . The story goes that one reporter was told, don't tell us the streets ran with blood, say the police officer that would wave to me every day I walked down the street, wasn't there today.

Just thought you might like to know that the man (Mike James) who created the cover for Fallen Angel will again be working with Randy to create the cover for RB-4.

From what he describes  it sounds very :!: interesting. ;)
