1) where is that unity Biden is always asking for?U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday said the coronavirus vaccination program he inherited from Donald Trump was in "much worse shape" than he had expected, while urging patience and also announcing the government has bought 200 million more doses.
2) Biden is lucky to have inherited anything from Trump on the vaccine. Given the old ways, we would be waiting another six to twelve months before drug companies would be going to the FDA for approvals.
3) When has the government asking for patience ever gotten something accomplished faster than with someone pushing for it?
I don't know why Biden would think that after having the election stolen from Trump, that Trump would leave office with a continuing plan for distribution in place. Add to that the possibility that Donald Trump had a personal affect on getting things done in a timely manner since he wasn't a politician trying to hold onto power by stringing people in need along."We're not going to have everything fixed for a while, but we're going to fix it," Biden said in remarks at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Brian Morgenstern, a former White House official involved with the coronavirus effort, said the Trump administration's Operation Warp Speed program had prepared plans well in advance, aided by many career officials still serving in government.
