Have we given too much power and authority to the special prosecutors used by the federal government? With all the laws, rules and regulations now burdening Americans, anyone given a blank check to do an investigation with no time limit, could anyone not suffer some sort of indictment?

If we are worried about the president doing wrong, we already have an answer. Impeachment. The congress just doesn't want to look like the bad guy.
