#1 Clock Boy’s Defamation Lawsuit Dismissed

We had a bit of discussion about this boy in the old cantina, and if I can, I may repost that thread here. However, I am beginning to garner more enthusiasm towards our legal system when I see that this blatant attempt to get rich has been dismissed. :)

Update!

The defendants are entitled to recover attorney's fees, court costs and other expenses for filing the motion to dismiss.

Maybe if they started trebling damages against plaintiffs for frivolous lawsuits, we might see an end to this type of garbage.
