Comey is a total douche bag. "It's hard for me to react to these things you don't have." The congressmen was trying to make the point that if you don't have those things, it was obstruction of justice. I know he's not that dense, but can Comey really believe that anyone with a milligram of brains can't see the discrepancy? I guess that is what it takes to be a Hillary supporter, less than a milligram of brains.
