The New Year 2019 is looking to shape up into a very interesting one, unlike the past in many ways. The politics alone will be worth the price of admission, so grab a bucket of popcorn and a 64 oz. fountain drink and enjoy
The New Space Race, this one without many of the negative connotations, is beginning to ramp up. All the competitors are there from the past couple of years and a few more may be entering the fray with untried technology, at least maybe not reliable technology at this time.
Maybe with some pressure from our hobby industry leaders we can walk back some of the federal regulations which have been hamstringing our hobby. Of the course while not being what it once was, there appears to be a growth in companies offering rocketry related items , of course some of that is offset by the lose of a few old friends However with the interest of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, if we put our best foot forward, we may be able to pull more of the young away from their video games.
So here is to the new year.
