Some might wonder just how the Sagitta Cantina made it to Shepherd Yard in Rocket Babe: Reflection.
Well first, NASA had a problem and needed a solution.
Of course Captain Starr was already on it, just take a closer look at the inset...

Recommendations were made, equipment acquired.
First, how do you drink a beer in space? Liquids don't necessarily act like on Earth. And Second, a certain consultant was more concerned with a missing DSSF member than in anyone drinking a beer in space. Well at the very least, the Brand Name for the dispensing equipment seemed apropos.

And that's were it almost ended. Seems the top bureaucrats at NASA don't think their astronauts should imbibe in liquor. They wanted a squeaky clean image for all astronauts, even the clandestine ones. It seems one of those bureaucrats found out about a conversation between the consultant and Captain Starr concerning a drink the consultant created in honor of Lieutenant Ono upon her return from being a POW. It seems the conversation got into bragging, as these things do, about who was going to be the one hitting the floor upon becoming totally inebriated.
(if you know where to look, and have the clearance, that conversation can be found elsewhere in this forum).
Well the bureaucrat couldn't have any of that getting out and going public.
And to think what havoc these two could cause if they ever decided to take up the challenge at Shepherd Yard. The consultant, a hosteler of no small experience, had his security clearance yanked, and as far as the higher ups were concerned, that was that.

A bottle of hooch is easy to get away with, it also has a higher percentage of alcohol. What was needed was something that had a lower percentage making it easier to cut someone off before they
The answer was the old venerable beer.
