Only if you listen to the talking heads, including the "conservative" ones. If left to itself with someone like Trump in office, America would right itself after a while. The problem is all the muck raking the media and politicians do. It is done mostly out of the need to validate their existence. If we didn't need new laws all the time to right the "wrongs", what would we need politicians for? And why would we need the media to explain how the new law was in our best interest and who was responsible for making out world a better place?

The folks who run the government, the 'crats of the "deep state", are neck deep in all this crap too. They are very afraid of Trump.
